Absolute Issness

A place for everyone with an open heart to all religions, with or without a specific path, to join hands to learn and teach without the ridicule the 'outside world' would show.

Discussion question: NO ARGUING!
I heard on CNN that there are some atheists protesting their children seeing a Charlie brown play in a church. Charlie brown tells the story of Christ. Would you allow your child to go or do you think seperation of church and state needs to apply?

I personally don't want Christianity shoved down my throat, or my kids throats when/if I have any. But at the same time... c'mon, it's only Peanuts... there are pro'ly bigger issues worth getting upset over & there's a vast difference from putting on or watching a play &, say, having your child's teacher forcing them to pray or pushing a Creationist theory in class. I'd pro'ly let my kid go & if s/he had any questions afterwards I'd simply explain that there's more out there in an age-appropriate way.
